Following the restrictions related to Covid situation, shipments may be delayed, therefore we do not guarantee delivery within the timeframe expected from receipt of the order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Deliveries, unless otherwise agreed, are made with shippers chosen by Mikilux or its delegate. The goods travel at our own risk. In case of theft/loss Mikilux agrees to send a new product and, if the same should result unavailable and/or out of stock, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept this new product and ask for the issue of a credit note for the product itself.
In the event that the carrier is chosen by the Customer, the goods will be transported entirely at the risk and responsibility of the Customer – since when the goods are removed from Mikilux premises till destination -, who can recourse directly to the Carrier in the event of damage and loss occurred during the transport.
The goods shall be paid by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or via your PayPal account.
If payment is made by credit card, the debiting of the amount of the order to your account is not immediate but is carried out when the order is dispatched by Mikilux and debits will only be made for the amount of the products actually sent.
For privacy reasons, for orders purchased with Pay Pal, the valid delivery address will be the one the customer registers in the Pay Pal account section.
The time of delivery is purely indicative of about 2 working days for Italy, (except for Sicily, Sardinia where delivery is expected within 48/72 working hours) from receipt and payment of the order, 5-8 working days for Europe and 5-7 for the rest of the world from the date of the order; the time can be changed due to reasons of force majeure or due to traffic conditions or traffic in general or by action of the Authorities.
The delivery, unless otherwise written agreed between the parties, will take place during office hours and on business days only: from 09.00 till 13.00, from 14.00 till 18.00, business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
In case of mistakes in your order or trouble with the delivery or if you received a damage or defective product, you can request a free return or a refund within 14 days from the date you receive the order.
To receive products quickly and without problems and to prevent your shipment from being delayed due to storage reasons, we advise you to indicate the address where you spend most of the day (eg workplace) or where there is a person trust who you can collect your package.
In this case it is necessary to indicate, in addition to your personal details, the name of the place of delivery or the name of the person in charge to collect your package.
Moreover, for a precise and punctual delivery, we suggest to always indicate a working cell phone number.
Despite these indications, if your shipment will be in storage for any reason, the Mikilux customer care will be at your disposal to give new delivery instructions to the courier.
Obviously, we can not provide warranty regarding delivery times as there are many variables that may affect these times, many of which are not attributable to Mikilux (eg strikes, atmospheric events, special holidays, etc. ..). So if these times are not guaranteed the customer can not claim compensation.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES TO COUNTRIES WITH CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES
Any customs and import taxes for all orders coming from countries with custom will be charged to the customer once the parcel reaches its destination country and passes through the customs. All eventual handling fees and taxes will be charged to the person receiving the parcel. Mikilux has not the possibility and is not responsible to give the customer advance notice of any eventual additional cost which originates from these procedures or about the documents required, as customs policies and import duties may be very different from country to country.
For this reason, before placing the order on our online Europe, we suggest you to contact with your local customs office to receive information about any additional customs charge and documents required, so you're not surprised at the moment of the delivery of your parcel.
For maximum safety of your purchases, all shipments are insured at our expense.
